How many slides should my sales deck be?

Outbound and warm-intro decks land at 6 to 8 slides. Discovery and demo decks usually run 10 to 14. Proposal and close decks: 8 to 12. RFP decks can stretch to 12 to 18. We recommend the right count after the brief.

What is the difference between a pitch deck and a sales deck?

An investor pitch deck is built for a fund partner deciding on a check. A sales deck is built for a buyer deciding on a contract. Different audience, different decision, different pacing. Both use the same story-first method, but the structure and proof points are tuned to the room.

Can you build outbound and discovery decks separately?

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, mutual NDAs are standard before we see your pricing, win-loss data, or customer list. Send your template or use ours. We have shipped under NDA for SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and enterprise clients across nine years.

Do I keep the source files?

Yes. Once the final invoice is paid, all source files, fonts, and editable layers transfer to you in full. Your AEs can edit the deck for the rest of its life. No recurring license fees.

Can you write the deck content if I only have raw notes?

Yes. The Content Restructure add-on is $100 USD per 10 slides. We rewrite hook, pain framing, ROI math, and next-step CTA end to end. Most teams use it on outbound decks. Mid-funnel decks usually have enough source material to skip it.

What if a key meeting moves up?

The under-48-hour rush option exists for exactly this. Add $150 USD to the project, and we move the entire team onto your deck. Limited slots per month, so flag it as early as you can.
