Sales decks that move buyers to yes.
Outbound, discovery, and proposal decks engineered around the buyer’s story, not your feature list. We script the narrative, design the proof, and tune every slide for the seat across the table. Led by Creative Director Arifa Zanom.
Your story, our craft, numbers that hold up.
Whatever the format, the system is the same. Story first, direct Creative Director collaboration, and outcomes we can put a number on.
“Arifa rebuilt our Series A deck in two weeks. We closed the round at $20M. The deck did half the selling for us.”
Built for teams who earn the next meeting.
Three deck types, three jobs. Whatever you sell, the deck has one shared assignment: open the door, hold attention, and end with a yes.
Outbound and prospecting decks
SDR and AE decks built around the buyer’s pain, not your features. Tight 6 to 10 slide narratives engineered to win the second meeting after a cold-out reply or a warm intro.
Discovery and demo decks
Mid-funnel decks that walk a buyer through pain, solution, proof, and ROI without burying the headline. Custom data viz, comparison tables, and ROI math your champions can re-pitch internally.
Proposal and close decks
Late-stage decks that lock the room. Pricing options, rollout plans, success criteria, and the exact next 30 days. Built for procurement, security review, and the final yes.
Eight things in every project.
No upsells, no hidden line items. Every sales deck ships with the full set, scoped to the slide count we agree on at kickoff.
Most sales decks land between 6 and 14 slides.
- Outbound and warm-intro decks: 6 to 8 slides
- Discovery and demo decks: 10 to 14 slides
- Proposal and close decks: 8 to 12 slides
- RFP and procurement decks: 12 to 18 slides
We will recommend the right count after the brief. You only pay for the slides we agree on.
The six slides that close meetings.
Most sales decks are five products and a logo. Ours are six arguments stacked in the order a buyer actually decides.
The Hook
The Pain
The Why now
The Proof
The ROI
The Next 30 days
Buyers do not sit through decks. They scan them.
Most sales decks lose the room in the first three slides. Not because the product is wrong, but because the deck is structured around the company, the platform, and the team, before the buyer hears their own pain reflected back to them.
We rebuild every sales deck around the buyer’s story first. Hook, pain, why-now, solution, proof, ROI, next 30 days. If a slide cannot earn its place inside that arc, it does not get designed.
Arifa Zanom, Creative Director
Six checks every slide passes before design.
- Does the headline name the buyer’s pain, not your product?
- Would a CFO grasp the takeaway in five seconds without you?
- Is the slide making one argument, not three?
- Does the proof come from named accounts, not adjectives?
- Does the slide move the deal forward, or just describe?
- If we deleted this slide, would the meeting still book?
We make the complex 10 to 14 days.
Tight cadence, clear handoffs, no surprises. Rush turnaround under 48 hours is available when a key meeting lands earlier than planned.
Discovery
60-minute brief call, ICP mapping, win and loss analysis. We leave knowing the buyer, the deal stage, and the meeting this deck has to win.
Buyer story
Hook, pain, why-now, proof, ROI, and next-step framing. You sign off on the slide list before a single pixel ships.
Design
Custom slides, ROI math, comparison tables, type and color tuning. You see drafts in stages, not at the end.
Delivery
Three revision rounds, then final files in .pptx, .key, .pdf, plus all source files. You own everything.
Maiora Technology raised $20M with twelve slides built this way.
Twelve slides. Custom visualizations of a clinical-AI workflow. A type system that read on a projector and an iPad. The exact same six-point story check we apply to outbound, discovery, and proposal decks. The buyer changes. The discipline does not.

Three reasons sales teams pick us for deal-defining decks.
We are not the cheapest. We are not the biggest. The reason clients still choose us is on this page.
Buyer-first, not feature-first
We start with the buyer’s pain, the cost of waiting, and the ten-second decision they are about to make. Your features serve the buyer’s story, never the other way around.
Direct Creative Director collaboration
Every project runs through Arifa. No account managers, no junior handoffs, no game of telephone. Decisions move at the speed of a single conversation, which matters when a key meeting is days away.
Cross-industry pattern recognition
Nine years across SaaS, healthcare, AI, finance, and retail. We have seen what closes deals in your category, and we bring that pattern recognition to every deck.
I do not just make slides look good. I make them book meetings.
I am Arifa Zanom, Creative Director at slidemaster. Nine years in design, formerly Creative Director at a large agency, plus a parallel global freelance practice. I read law at Rajshahi University, then formalized design at Northbridge University. The mix of legal-grade thinking and visual craft is the unfair advantage I bring to every sales deck.
What founders say.
Verified reviews from Upwork, direct clients, and long-term partners.
“We have worked with three different deck agencies. slidemaster is the only one that asked the right questions before opening Figma. The output reflected it.”
“Buyer-first is not marketing copy with this team. They restructured our entire pitch before designing a single slide. Our reply rate on outbound tripled.”
“Arifa rebuilt our discovery deck in nine days. The first three calls we ran with it ended with a procurement intro. That had not happened in months.”

How long does a sales deck take?
Most sales deck projects ship in 10 to 14 days from kickoff. Tight cycles happen, so under-48-hour rush delivery is available for a flat $150 USD on top of the per-slide rate.
How many slides should my sales deck be?
Outbound and warm-intro decks land at 6 to 8 slides. Discovery and demo decks usually run 10 to 14. Proposal and close decks: 8 to 12. RFP decks can stretch to 12 to 18. We recommend the right count after the brief.
What is the difference between a pitch deck and a sales deck?
An investor pitch deck is built for a fund partner deciding on a check. A sales deck is built for a buyer deciding on a contract. Different audience, different decision, different pacing. Both use the same story-first method, but the structure and proof points are tuned to the room.
Can you build outbound and discovery decks separately?
Yes. Most teams need a 6 to 8 slide outbound or first-meeting deck and a longer 10 to 14 slide discovery or demo deck. We often ship them together as a paired system, sharing the type and color system but pacing the story differently.
What is included in the $35 per slide rate?
Buyer-story scripting, slide structure, custom design, ROI math, three revision rounds, and final files in .pptx, .key, .pdf, and source. Direct Creative Director access via Slack or WhatsApp throughout. No hidden fees.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, mutual NDAs are standard before we see your pricing, win-loss data, or customer list. Send your template or use ours. We have shipped under NDA for SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and enterprise clients across nine years.
Do I keep the source files?
Yes. Once the final invoice is paid, all source files, fonts, and editable layers transfer to you in full. Your AEs can edit the deck for the rest of its life. No recurring license fees.
Can you write the deck content if I only have raw notes?
Yes. The Content Restructure add-on is $100 USD per 10 slides. We rewrite hook, pain framing, ROI math, and next-step CTA end to end. Most teams use it on outbound decks. Mid-funnel decks usually have enough source material to skip it.
What if a key meeting moves up?
The under-48-hour rush option exists for exactly this. Add $150 USD to the project, and we move the entire team onto your deck. Limited slots per month, so flag it as early as you can.
