Corporate decks the boardroom remembers.
Boardroom decks, QBRs, all-hands, conference keynotes, and stakeholder updates. Clean, on-brand, executive-grade. We sharpen the message, design every slide custom, and ship a deck your CEO can present without rehearsing it twice. Led by Creative Director Arifa Zanom.
Your story, our craft, numbers that hold up.
Whatever the format, the system is the same. Story first, direct Creative Director collaboration, and outcomes we can put a number on.
“Arifa rebuilt our Series A deck in two weeks. We closed the round at $20M. The deck did half the selling for us.”
Built for the rooms your CEO walks into.
Three deck types, three audiences. Whatever you are presenting, the deck has one shared assignment: hold the room, surface the decision, and leave the audience with a single line they can repeat.
Boardroom and QBR decks
Quarterly business reviews, board updates, and audit committee decks. Tight executive summary, leading-indicator visuals, and the three decisions you actually need the board to make. Built for time-poor directors.
All-hands and town halls
Internal decks that land strategy, change, and quarterly results without the corporate fog. Designed for a 200-person Zoom or a 2,000-person live stream. Your CEO presents, your team remembers.
Conference and keynote decks
Speaker decks for industry conferences, partner summits, and on-stage keynotes. Big visuals for projection, light text density, and a closing slide your audience will photograph.
Eight things in every project.
No upsells, no hidden line items. Every corporate presentation ships with the full set, scoped to the slide count we agree on at kickoff.
Most corporate decks land between 10 and 30 slides.
- Board and QBR decks: 15 to 25 slides
- All-hands and town halls: 10 to 18 slides
- Conference and keynote decks: 20 to 40 slides
- Annual reports and IR decks: 20 to 40 slides
- Stakeholder updates and IR follow-ups: 8 to 14
We will recommend the right count after the brief. You only pay for the slides we agree on.
The six slides that hold the room.
A boardroom or all-hands deck is six big moves stacked in the order an executive audience actually processes them. Here is how we build each one.
The Headline
The Context
The KPI snapshot
The Drivers
The Look ahead
The Decision
Boards do not read decks. They decide from them.
Most corporate presentations are agenda-driven, not audience-driven. They walk every department through their own slide, and by the time the deck reaches the decision page, the room is already mentally checked out.
We restructure every corporate deck around the audience first. Headline, context, KPI snapshot, drivers, look ahead, decision. If a slide cannot earn its place inside that arc, it goes in the appendix or it gets cut.
Arifa Zanom, Creative Director
Six checks every slide passes before design.
- Does the headline state the takeaway in one sentence?
- Would a director grasp it in five seconds without the speaker?
- Is the slide making one argument, not three?
- Does the data prove the headline, or distract from it?
- Does the slide move the audience toward a decision?
- If we deleted this slide, would the room still decide?
We make the complex two to three weeks.
Tight cadence, clear handoffs, no surprises. Rush turnaround under 48 hours is available when a board meeting or all-hands gets pulled forward.
Discovery
60-minute brief call with the executive sponsor or comms lead. Audience mapping, agenda slot, decision target. We leave knowing the room and the outcome.
Story
Slide list, message hierarchy, headline-by-headline review. You sign off on the structure before a single pixel ships.
Design
Custom slide system, charts, KPI dashboards, brand-grid tuning. You see drafts in stages, not at the end.
Delivery
Three revision rounds, then final files in .pptx, .key, .pdf, plus all source files. You own everything.
Maiora Technology raised $20M with twelve slides built this way.
Twelve slides. Custom data visualization of a clinical-AI workflow. A type system that read on a projector and an iPad. The exact same six-point story check we apply to boardroom, QBR, and conference decks. The audience changes. The discipline does not.

Three reasons exec teams pick us for boardroom decks.
We are not the cheapest. We are not the biggest. The reason clients still choose us is on this page.
Audience-first, not agenda-first
We start with the room, the decision, and the single sentence the audience needs to leave with. Your agenda serves the audience’s attention, never the other way around.
Direct Creative Director collaboration
Every project runs through Arifa. No account managers, no junior handoffs, no game of telephone. Decisions move at the speed of a single conversation, which matters when a board date is fixed.
Brand-system fluency
Nine years working inside enterprise brand systems. We hold your guidelines on colour, type, and grid, and we sharpen them where they break under presentation load. No off-brand work, ever.
I do not just make slides look good. I make them land decisions.
I am Arifa Zanom, Creative Director at slidemaster. Nine years in design, formerly Creative Director at a large agency, plus a parallel global freelance practice. I read law at Rajshahi University, then formalized design at Northbridge University. The mix of legal-grade thinking and visual craft is the unfair advantage I bring to every corporate deck.
What founders say.
Verified reviews from Upwork, direct clients, and long-term partners.
“We have worked with three different deck agencies. slidemaster is the only one that asked the right questions before opening Figma. The output reflected it.”
“Our QBR deck used to take three weeks of internal back-and-forth. Arifa shipped it in eight days, on-brand, and the board read it without a single follow-up question.”
“We needed a keynote deck for a conference with three weeks notice. The first round of slides we got was the deck we ended up presenting. That has never happened with anyone else.”

Anything we have not covered? Send a note and we will reply within one business day.
How long does a corporate presentation take?
Most board, QBR, and all-hands projects ship in two to three weeks from kickoff. Tight cycles happen, so under-48-hour rush delivery is available for a flat $150 USD on top of the per-slide rate.
How many slides should my deck be?
Board and QBR decks usually land at 15 to 25 slides, with an appendix. All-hands and town halls run 10 to 18. Conference and keynote decks scale to 20 to 40. Annual reports and IR decks land in the same range. We recommend the right count after the brief.
What is the difference between a corporate and a sales deck?
A sales deck is built for a buyer deciding on a contract. A corporate deck is built for an internal or stakeholder audience. Board, QBR, all-hands, IR, conference. Same story-first discipline, different structure and pace tuned to the room.
Can you work inside our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. We hold your guidelines on colour, type, grid, and tone, and design every slide inside them. If your guidelines break under presentation load, we flag it and propose a tuned variant before designing.
What if our brand system is messy or outdated?
Common situation. We can build the corporate deck on a tightened presentation-only system, derived from your brand. If you want that locked into a reusable PowerPoint Master Template, that is a separate $25 per slide service.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, mutual NDAs are standard before we see board materials, financials, or strategy decks. Send your template or use ours. We have shipped under NDA for enterprise, healthcare, fintech, and pre-IPO clients across nine years.
Do I keep the source files?
Yes. Once the final invoice is paid, all source files, fonts, and editable layers transfer to you in full. Your in-house team can edit the deck for the rest of its life. No recurring license fees.
Can you handle quarterly retainers for recurring decks?
Yes, for QBR, board, and all-hands cadences. Retainers are quoted from the average per-slide volume across a quarter, with priority slot booking. Worth discussing if you ship four or more recurring decks a year.
What if a board meeting gets pulled forward?
The under-48-hour rush option exists for exactly this. Add $150 USD to the project, and we move the entire team onto your deck. Limited slots per month, so flag it as early as you can.
Let’s build the deck that lands the decision.
Tell us about the room, the agenda slot, and the outcome you want. We reply within one business day with a slide-count recommendation, a quote, a timeline, and a kickoff call invite.
